Safeguarding

At Easfield Infants and Nursery Academy safeguarding children is of high importance. Working closely with children and families means we are in a position to identify concerns early and provide help for children to prevent concerns from escalating. We work very closely with social care, the police, health services and other agencies to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm.

Safeguarding and Child Protection at Eastfield Infants

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads are Mrs S. Robertson, Miss C. Knowles and Mrs S. Akhurst

We work within the Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Board's guidance and procedures. The link to their website is here:

Early Help

Early Help at Eastfield Infant and Nursery Academy has a clear focus on being proactive in identifying early signs of difficulties, being professionally curious and gathering information from all involved with the child to build a bigger picture of what is going well, what we are worried about and what needs to happen next

School Events This Term

We will taking part in National Road safety Week 20th-26th November. We will be teaching children about Road safety in the dark winter months through assemblies, visitors into school and curriculum work.

We will also be observing Anti Bullying week but from the perspective of being a good friend.
